It is a great joy for me to work with Justine to create a wine list for Planet X Cafe' that complements the extraordinary food flavors that Justine and her talented kitchen crew create. I bring to this pursuit ten years of restaurant experience as a grille man, busboy, and waiter in San Francisco, Providence and New York City, and twenty years representing international wine importers in the Manhattan, Boston and Nantucket markets before being ordained an Episcopal priest.
