About me

I am a Happiness and Confidence Coach who, through my own experience, discovered the life-changing benefits of positive thinking. My clientele spans from everyday people to celebrities and City high-flyers. I share my experiences through one-to-one sessions and corporate talks to hundreds of people and TV and radio. I hit my 'annus horribilis' in 1999. I was desperately unhappy, a single mother of 3 young children, left with enormous debt following my marriage breakdown and on the verge of losing everything. I was not prepared to accept that this was going to be 'it' and set about discovering ways to improve my life. I have spent several years researching the power of our thoughts, our subconscious mind and the astonishing power of our feelings and learning how we CAN attract and create the life that we dream of by understanding these principles and the universal Law of Attraction. I totally live and breathe all that I teach and have transformed my life to one of happiness, inner peace and abundance. I have written a book, Love Life, Live Life and have a cd, which share all the tools and tips that have enabled my life transformation.
