Through our Support Central website we endeavour to provide items that will enable you to maintain your websites.  Alternatively we have maintenance plans to ensure that your website is always running optimumly.

-  Ask about the background and experience of who will be working on your project?
Experience is very important in the design of your website.  Collectively our team has over 50years in the Internet industry locally and internationally.

-  Do you design from scratch or use premade templates?
We hand code our websites from scratch & only use our own custom made templates.

-  Will you supply the original graphics files?
On completion of your project you will have all the original copies of your website & graphics.

-  What do I need to supply you to get started?
You need to register your domain name to secure it.  Then you will recieve an email with requirements and instructions.

-  Who owns the site design when it’s done?
You do. You have permission to use the royalty free graphics, but you do not own them.

-  Do you offer maintenance training?
We offer Internet & website training.

-  Will you optimise my website so it loads fast & is search engine friendly.
Because we code to standards you can be assured that your website is optimised for the web.  Pages will load fast & be search engine friendly.
